When will I receive my art?
I will mail your print within 1 business day, if at all possible, 3 days at most. I ship USPS with delivery confirmation.

How is a print different from the original?
Because I must hold my originals for sale at galleries, I print out very limted batches of prints on special, heavy-weight watercolor stock. The quality of the print often surpasses that of the original, because I am able to compensate for deficiencies in the scanning process to allow the print to be more vibrant and colorful. Some prints are run on coated stock, not watercolor paper. These prints translate better on the slightly glossy stock because they were originally done on a surface other than watercolor paper.

What is something special I should know?
I do not make a living as an artist--I am a wildllife biologist and writer. I paint because it is a passion, and animals inspire me the most. 10% of every print is calculated to be donated to wildlife and conservation causes, and frequently throughout the year, I donate art for silent auctions to generate funds for wildlife organizations.

What if I am unhappy with my art?
Simplycontact me within 3 days of receipt via myemail: zinniasandsun@aol.com. I will do whatever necessary to satisfy you.

You haven't painted my favorite animal! Will you?
Send me an email at zinniasandsun@aol.com, and I will add your request to the list of animals I am due to paint. Please include an email address so I can contact you when your favorite has been finished.

Problems do occur--how do you handle them?
Every once in awhile, something unforseen occurs. My electricty goes out, I get the flu, etc. If for some reason I cannot process an order under my terms, I will send you an additional print of your choice at no charge.

Do you accept gift orders?
Of course. Please use a new shopping cart for each address you'd like items mailed to (each recipient). During checkout, when you select "Paypal" as your payment method and view your shipping charges, a "NOTES" field will appear. If your order is a gift, the free notecard included with the order may be used as a personalized card for your recipient. Simply use the "NOTES" field to write the message you'd like me to hand-letter on the card. (If you use Google check-out, a notes field will not appear. Please email me directly with information if your order is a gift with information for the card.)
